Guided Elk Hunting in Northeast Montana
Our world class archery elk hunts are one of the most exciting hunts you can experience. The hunts take place in the Missouri Breaks on both private and public ground. This area is located in southern Phillips and Southern Valley, which would be areas 622, 631, and 700. We hunt from our campsite which is centrally located on the private ground. Rarely do we go a day without seeing an elk.
We offer two different styles of archery hunts. Ground blinds and tree stands placed on water holes or travel routes are a very effective way of hunting on our private ground. Stands are all within easy walking distance from camp. Our next style of a hunt is a combination of spot and stalk along with some calling and decoys. This hunt takes place on the Charles Russell Wildlife Refuge (CMR). Good physical condition is a must for this hunt. The terrain varies from rough coulees, steep draws, scattered pines and rolling badlands.
